Players are free to create topics here, promoting giveaways. Giveaways are normally free, and are defined by the online community to "give away things you no longer require".

Bumping is allowed. Much like in Requests, players are free to bump topics created by other players.

What FairyAdmin didn't mention was this;

Each day one moderator will create a topic entitled "Daily Wishlist Thread" where users are free to post links to their in-game wishlist. Alternatively, you can add an image file. Users have the choice to make someone's wish come true by granting them the gift (just like a proper fairy). Once a day is complete, the thread will be archived and closed.
